Erika is principal of her social impact consultancy in Vancouver, Canada. Her focus is on helping clients achieve systems change using a variety of solutions approaches from nonprofit, business, investment/divestment, foundation, and social enterprise. She designs leadership training workshops and works with leaders of mission-based and not-for-profit organizations as a leadership coach, strategist, and organizational development consultant. She also advises donors and donor networks on aligning vision and values with giving structures. Through all her work, Erika uses whole systems thinking and applies nature's principles in social innovation, leadership, and human systems design. Erika has degrees in Media, Culture & Society from Royal Roads University (InterCultural Organizational Change & Communications) and in Cultural Anthropology & Environmental Studies from UVIC (Culture Change & Ethnobotany). Erika is an educator and evangelist of good ideas, a blogger of ‘Stuff that Makes Me Think’, and curator of fresh perspectives.
